Quickoffice for iPad has been updated with support for editing PowerPoint documents. With the new version you can use Quickffice to change the font type, color, and size, add/delete/reorder slides, change your layers, insert or edit text boxes, view your presentation in a slideslow, and more. Quickoffice for iPad costs $14.99 but the update is free to current owners.
