Today Rhapsody announced the latest version of its music application for Android smartphones. Rhapsody for Android 2.0 doesn't require streaming. That means users can download tracks and then listen to them even when a 3G or Wi-Fi signal isn't available. Rhapsody provides access to more than 10.6 million tracks and subscriptions start at $9.99 per month.
