Apple iPad lands in Target stores

On schedule, the Apple iPad tablet is now available in Target retail stores across the United States. Apple is selling four models of the iPad, with prices starting at $499. Target customers with a Target credit card are eligible for a 5-percent discount beginning on October 17. Target currently has 1,743 U.S. retail locations.
