Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Dell's greater China president, Amit Midha, said that Dell plans to release its 7-inch Android tablet "very, very soon--within the next few weeks." Michael Dell revealed the 7-inch tablet recently, and said that it would be available in Best Buy stores.
Midha also noted that a 10-inch tablet would be available in 6-12 months. That larger tablet will likely launch alongside 3-inch and 4-inch devices, too. Midha said that the 3-inch tablet would be available "very much in the near future." Midha also said that some of the new devices will run Microsoft's Windows operating system, but it's not clear if he meant Windows Phone 7 or the desktop version of Windows.
