Motorola CHARM Android QWERTY smartphone announced for Telus Canada

Today Telus and Motorola announced the availability of the Motorola CHARM, a slim and square Android 2.1 powered QWERTY smartphone featuring a plethora of goodies like 3G connectivity, a 3 megapixel camera/camcorder, MOTOBLUR, Adobe Flash-enabled web browsing, and a 2.8-inch touchscreen display. The device also sports Motorola's BACKTRACK controller, which allows users to navigate the phone from its from a touchpad on its rear cover.

Other features include a 1170mAh battery that serves up to 5 hours of talk time or 13.9 days of standby. The CHARM is available now for $29.99 with a three-year service agreement or for $249.99 without a contract.
