Today T-Mobile USA announced that it has plans to offer a new HSPA+ capable smartphone to its customers before the end of the summer. T-Mobile's HSPA+ network, which is available to over 85 million people, is capable of providing download data speeds of well over 5 megabits per second, which compares favorably with home broadband services. No additional details have been given at this time.
