Photos/Video: LG KS20 for Vodafone

Gallery by Ricky Cadden on Friday January 11, 2008.

The 2008 Consumer Electronics Show has been exciting, with LG showing off its latest touchscreen smartphone, the KS20. Based on Windows Mobile 6 Professional, the KS20 is a full touchscreen device, with the only hardware controls on the front of the device being a joystick and end/send buttons.

The LG KS20 is a very slick looking device, with tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) and WCDMA (2100MHz), WiFi, and Bluetooth 2.0 packed in its slender housing. There is a microSD card slot built-in for expanded memory, and a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus for capturing the moment. Even though the device is relatively finger-friendly, a normal stylus is included - just in case.

Other features of the KS20 include handwriting recognition and pre-installed applications, such as Google Maps, MySpace, and Ebay.

You can get a quick look at the KS20 in action in the video clip below.
