Hands-on with the LG KE800 Chocolate

Gallery by Brad Kellett on Tuesday December 05, 2006.

LG's Chocolate range of handsets has achieved great success in both Asian markets and through its introduction to the US with Verizon Wireless. LG was displaying the original KG800 Chocolate's successor today at the ITU Telecom World show in Hong Kong, and MobileBurn's Sam Chan had a chance to get some hands-on time with it.

The new LG KE800 Chocolate has a very similar design to its predecessor, though now features a gold or silver band just below the screen, adding the feeling of a more premium handset. The display has a resolution of 240x320 pixels, and the camera has been updated to a 2.0 megapixel sensor with an auto-focus lens. The addition of a microSD memory card slot will also be appreciated by users of the older model.

You'll find more live photos of the LG KE800 on the next page.
