What is "Apple"?

Apple is a leading tech manufacturer with a sizeable market share in the smartphone, smartwatch, tablet, and PC markets. The California, United States entity is among the most valuable companies in the world and its brand value is vastly higher than any other company. It is comfortably the best performing tech company from a monetary viewpoint and is among the best performing in terms of sales.

Apple is typically lauded for its innovations, but the company is perhaps most adept at seeing what is close to trending in the market and then making something that defines a nascent space. Products like the iPhone and iPad were not firsts in their respective niches, but they did take the smartphone and tablet to new heights both from a technological and consumerism perspective.

Apple is for the most part the most recognized smartphone brand.
