Google Maps Brings Offline Navigation to Android Today
By Josh Dasey on Tuesday November 10, 2015

While Google Maps has been the go to navigation package for most people over the years, there are rival packages that sport features that Google's offering lacks. For example, Nokia's HERE Maps has been offering offline navigation for a very long time and since its debut on Android last year it has given users on the platform a very potent alternative to Google Maps.

Swiss based luxury watch maker TAG Heuer announced earlier this year that it would enter the wearable market with its first ever smartwatch. HTC One X9 is not Flagship After-all
By Josh Dasey on Monday November 09, 2015

Burned again. Yesterday we told you about the HTC One X9, a smartphone that will be arriving early next year that was reported to have blazing specs. Samsung Galaxy Golden 3 Passes TENAA
By Micah Bartos on Monday November 09, 2015

Ah the good old flip phone, the form factor that refuses to go away. It still amazes us how these handsets have a market in Asia from companies like Samsung and LG. The former Korean giant has just had its latest flip phone passed through TENAA in China, the Samsung Galaxy Golden 3.

Samsung Galaxy View Launches in U.S.
By Josh Dasey on Monday November 09, 2015

It is hard to see where Samsung's huge 18.4-inch Galaxy View tablet is going to fit into the market. It is not a true PC or laptop competitor because Android lacks the overall functionality of a full PC OS like Windows. It may also be a tough sell as a tablet, simply too large to carry around while we guess some games and apps won?t refit to the size. We will know soon enough when we get our hands on the View, it has rolled out in the United States today.

By Josh Dasey on Sunday November 08, 2015

The LG Class is a handset we like, but also see it as a tough sell. It was LG's first foray into metal build materials and it is undoubtedly a looker, but its specs and more importantly price left us with doubts. Either way, the smart LG Class is now landing in Europe, where it was be known as the LG Zero.

HTC One X9, the Hero Device we Deserve?
By Josh Dasey on Sunday November 08, 2015

We have been pretty critical about HTC on these pages regarding two things, the company bombarding the market with high end smartphones, and the One A9 that was billed as a flagship but simply isn't one. It is an interesting position the company is in, not wanting to flood the market further, but also knowing that the A9 is simply not a competitor against similarly priced handsets.
