Microsoft has not yet announced the Lumia 650, but the handset is already available for pre-order via a UK based online retailer called MobileFun. Of course, the company has clearly jumped the shark here, but if nothing else the listing does tell us how much the upcoming smartphone will cost.As a refresher, the Lumia 650 is going to be launched early in February and will be a budget handset running the Windows 10 Mobile. The handset will sport a 64-bit quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (the baby of the CPU range), 1GB of RAM, a 5-inch 720p screen, an 8 megapixel rear camera, a front facing lens with 5MP resolution, and a 2000mAh battery. The retailer in the UK has the Lumia 650 listed for the equivalent of $284, which we think is just a bit too high for a device with these specs. Microsoft is unlikely to get major support for this device from carriers, and with this price getting consumers to buy the 650 may prove a tough sell.
