After announcing the handset a couple of weeks ago, AT&T has today started selling the LG G Vista 2 for the off contract price of $450 in the United States. That is a pretty steep price for this device, but we?ll get to that soon, first we should talk about the finer details of the G Vista 2.It is firmly in the mid-range bracket, but does have solid enough features, including a huge 5.7-inch screen with Full HD 1080p resolution. Elsewhere there is a 64-bit Qualcomm 617 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 3000 mAh battery, a 13 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel selfie lens, 16GB of native storage, microSD support, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop that is a shoe in to be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The standout feature of this phablet is that it comes with a stylus, not Samsung S Pen kind of quality, but still good enough to extend the productivity features of the G Vista 2. With AT&T you can get the G Vista 2 for $450 off contract, or $50 on a two year deal. Alternatively you can split up the payment with the carriers? Next program, with LG?s handset costing $15, $19, and $22 on Next 24, 18, and 12 installment plans respectively. As mentioned, the $450 price is on the steep side. Put it like this, the full flagship LG G4 can be bought for less at some trusted locations, while handsets like the Motorola Moto Pure Edition bests this price tag and is a better smartphone in almost every sense. Do you agree?
