Pebble, one of the first wearable brands, expanded into the round faced smartwatch with the announcement of the Pebble Round back in September. If you have been waiting for the chance to buy the device then your wait will soon be over as Pebble has announced that the Round will be making its debut on November 8 in the United States. The Pebble Round will be available in bricks and mortar locations for Best Buy and Target, while online you can grab one from Best Buy, Target, Amazon, and from Pebble's online store. The wearable can be pre-ordered right now and will be shipping for $249.99. As you probably remember, Pebble does wearables more simply than other brands, and the Round is no different as it lacks many of the features you may find on an Android Wear, Tizen, or iOS device. However, Pebble's original simplicity is what made the first wearable and the classier Pebble Steel work so well. The Pebble Round brings a color screen to the party, while the company says it is the thinnest smartphone ever made, at just 7.5mm thin, and it weighs just 28 grams. In terms of features, the Round boasts an e-paper display with LED backlight. The smartwatch is splash-resistant, comes with a stainless steel chassis, activity tracker, access to Pebble's appstore, cross platform capabilities and battery life up to 2 days.
