ZTE has a new flagship worthy handset on the horizon, and it has just passed through China's product certification center, TENAA. The device is the Nubia Z9 Max Elite and its passage through TENAA meas it is probably going to be launched soon, even sometime this month we guess. The Nubia Z9 Max Elite is a flagship phablet that sports a 5.5-inch screen with 1080p resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of native storage, micro SD support up to 128GB, a 16 megapixel primary snapper, an 8 megapixel rear lens, and a USB Type-C connection. We expect that the Z9 Max Elite will roll out in Chine first, but ZTE does launch handsets in the United States, so maybe consumers in other regions will be seeing this phablet in due course. This is the phablet version of the flagship Nubia Z9, which means it gets a metal build. As for that all screen, no bezel look, we guess that will not be the case and you can expect some good old black bars.
