Samsung's next smartphone is expected to be the Galaxy O7, which could be the Galaxy Grand On or the Galaxy Mega On, and now we think the Mega O has made its way through GFXBench's test suite, highlighting its mid-range specifications. This is the second time the device has been through benchmarking software, last time being put through its paces with the AnTuTu software. Like that time, the GFXBench results show that we have a mid-range device coming our way that is unlikely to dazzle in terms of specs, but could be good to look at if Samsung employs the metal design it has been using recently. Either way, the Galaxy Mega On will come with two screen variants it seems, a 5.7-inch (the Mega On?) and a 5-inch (the Grand On?), while both will sport 720p resolution. Under the hood Qualcomm?s modest 64-bit Snapdragon 410 will provide the engine room, while 1GB of RAM will provide the gas. A 13 megapixel camera will adorn the rear as the primary shooter, while a solid 5 megapixel lens will deal with those selfie fans out there.
