Apple unveiled the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus during September in 2014 and the company has been widely tipped to do the same with the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus this year. That potential September announcement has now become much more likely as a French carrier as reportedly leaked that pre-orders will start on September 11th and the device will start shipping on the 18th.The eleventh day of September in 2015 is a Thursday, so it is likely Apple will unveil the new handsets then and open them for pre-orders in select markets immediately. As well as launching the updated versions of its current smartphones, Apple is also apparently readying an iPhone 6c, and upgrade over the iPhone 5c. Last year the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus with their larger screens helped to catapult the company to new heights, selling over 70 million units in just three months and helping Apple to break multiple business records.
