LeTV has made a splash recently. The newly formed company (that has backing from mega brand Lenovo) became the fastest to ever sell one million smartphones, its devices becoming an instant success in China. Now LeTV is potentially aiming for another first as it teased a smartphone that will be running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820.The 820 will be the latest flagship chipset from the processor market leader (for smartphones at least), and will hopefully make the mess that is the Snapdragon 820 a distant memory. There will undoubtedly be a host of smartphones with the chip, indeed we expect HTC, Sony, and LG at least to launch flagships with the 820 on board. However, LeTV is the first to officially tease that it is making a smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 on board. Qualcomm recently announced that the Snapdragon 820 is 40% faster than it predecessor, and thankfully 40% more power efficient in terms of battery drain.
