LeTV is a new smartphone brand in the market, and the Chinese company has thrived in its early life and has become the fastest new company to reach 1 million in smartphone sales. That figure means that the company beats other recent new Chinese brands that has moved on to big success like OnePlus, Meizu, and even Xiaomi. In a market that is as mature and competitive as the smartphone market, it is amazing that LeTV has been able to emerge so quickly, this is of course a market where companies like Apple and Samsung dominate. It is worth mentioning that the company has not just broken the 1 million sales records, it has destroyed it by racking up that number of sales in just three months. To put that into perspective Xiaomi sold 400,000 smartphones in its first year, while Meizu moved 600,000. OnePlus did extremely well by selling over 1 million units in just over a year, no mean feat considering the company's stifling invite purchase system. On top of this early success, LeTV has actually overtaken Samsung in China in terms of market share.
