Sony's Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z3+ are both fine devices, although they feel like they are just hold over handsets until Sony roll outs a true 2015 heavyweight later in the year. That new flagship juggernaut will be the Xperia Z5, and a new report now suggests that the handset will be launched in September in Japan and will be accompanied by a whole range. The other devices in the series will be the Xperia Z5 Compact and the Xperia Z5 Ultra, the latter Sony's first Ultra since the original over two years ago. While there is no word yet, we also expect the Japanese company to be announced an Xperia Z5 tablet of some kind too, with all products probably being announced at IFA in Berlin at the start of September. It is unclear whether the Z5 will have a new design, although it seems likely that Sony will differentiate it at least slightly from the Xperia Z4 and especially the Xperia Z3+. As for specs, the Xperia Z5 will comes equipped with the very best hardware available and will include Qualcomm's upcoming Snapdragon 820, if that chipset can arrive in time. Other impressive specs include 4GB of RAM, a massive 4500mAh juicer, a fingerprint scanner, Sony's own impressive 21 megapixel Exmor RS IMX230 CMOS camera sensor.
