The OnePlus 2 is one of the most anticipated smartphones of the year as we wait to see if lightning can strike twice and OnePlus can build another affordable flagship wonder. We already know that the handset will land sometime during the third quarter, while the company has confirmed that the OnePlus 2 will be a high spec'd machine. A new leaked image seems to clear up what the device will look like too, and it is actually much of the same.If the image you see above is the real deal, it looks as though OnePlus decided not to stray too far away from the overall aesthetic of the original OnePlus One.
The company has also confirmed that the OnePlus Two will indeed be more expensive than the original model, saying that it will certainly be "higher than $322" which we sort of hope means it will be $324. The OnePlus One is a bargain at $300 and while the successor will not be quite as affordable, it is still expected to sell for around $400. One extra piece of info; OnePlus also reconfirmed that the handset will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, the troubled processor that is causing overheating problems. The company says the OnePlus Two will come with a S810 with a lower clock speed to improve thermals, but still it remains to be seen how the Snapdragon will deal with heat.
