For all its success, Xiaomi has yet to make an impact around the world, favouring its home Chinese market and a few other regions in Asia. The company said it would be expanding its portfolio during this year and the Mi 4i smartphone seems to be the first to spread its wings. The handset was launched as an India exclusive, but is now available in its own right shipped globally. The Mi 4i arrived in India earlier this year for the very reasonable price of $200, although it could be shipped around the world if you were willing to pay $300. Xiaomi has now made the device available for shipping on a global level with the more affordable price of $238. As this is one of the best spec'd budget handsets, the Mi 4i remains a bargain for that price. The Xiaomi Mi 4i comes with a Full HD 1080p 5-inch screen, an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage (sadly not expandable), a 13 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front facer, and a 3120 mAh juicer.
