It is the time of year when we can start expecting some noise from Motorola as the company rolls out replacements for the Moto G and Moto X (both moving to their third generation). While we suspect the company will make the handsets available in the early fall, a report today suggests that the Moto G could actually be announced as early as next month (July). There have certainly been recent pointers to the third gen Moto G arriving soon, with a Flipkart product listing offering the first evidence of the device. However, while we do not doubt the Moto G 2015 is imminent, the report today just relies on some pretty basic math and claims as the current 2nd gen Moto G is 10 months old, Motorola must be readying another. Well, yes, but it seems must more reasonable that the company will announce the handset in September, just as it did in 2014. Either way, Motorola's parent company, Lenovo, has promised that there will be some exciting Moto products landing this summer.
We have many new models in development with the Moto brands... so you may see in summer us launching some very exciting products, including phones and watches.
