With the release of a new iPhone just a few months away, the rumour mill is cranking into action regarding what Apple's exact plans are for its market leading smartphone. However, while there are plenty of reports about the upcoming iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, what about going even further to next year's (2016) model, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus?Of course, going this far into the future requires that you take a significant pinch of salt into this rumor, but here goes anyway. Apparently, as well as launching the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, Apple will also go back to a smaller form factor and launch a more affordable 4-inch screened handset. Probably based off the old iPhone 5s, the device will be for all those iOS customers who were happy with Apple?s smaller panels. We tapped up one of our Apple sources and he claimed that for the iPhone 7, Cupertino is exploring the idea of blending the iPhone and iPhone Plus into one model, one that will likely come with a 5-inch plus screen.
