Over the last week there have been consistent reports that Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge users are getting their screens scratched because of the Samsung Clear View case that was made for the handsets. Apparently small pieces of dirt and other matter is catching between the case flap and the screen, causing minor scratching. The scratches are not huge, thanks in part to the Gorilla Glass 4.0 used on both devices, but still there are small scratches appearing that show up. Of course, it is a hard pill to swallow for users who have bought the Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge just to see it mark up even when it is safe in their pocket. Interestingly, the home button has also been scratched according to some users. Samsung has acknowledged the issue and the company says it is looking into it. That is apparently the word from various divisions of Samsung, all of which confirmed the company is looking to fix the problem and compensate those already affected. Needless to say, if you have a Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge it is best to not use a Clear View screen until Samsung has come up with a solution.
