The Nokia Lumia Icon is a pretty standard mid-range device these days, but it is a good smartphone and is the closest you will get to a flagship (with the Lumia 1520) that Microsoft currently has on its portfolio. The Verizon version of the Icon is now coming up to date in terms of software with Microsoft and Big Red issuing the new Lumia Denim for Windows Phone 8.1 update. The upgrade will be available in the coming days and is the first bump the Icon has add. For some reason, Verizon decided to miss the Lumia Cyan update altogether, although the largest carrier in the US has had it listed as in development for months. Either way, users of the Nokia Lumia Icon will now be able to have the latest and greatest software and features. To grab this update, you can head to the Apps list, open Settings, and then find Phone Update. Check for available upgrades and download. If you have done that, how is Denim working on your Icon?
