ZTE has been rolling out a few budget friendly smartphones of late and the Chinese company is at it again with the S6. The handset is the latest low end smartphone to tackle Xiaomi and Meizu, the latter company launched the Blue Charm for $112 today.

The ZTE Blade S6 comes with a 5-inch HD display that is laminated, a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 from Qualcomm, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage that can be expanded through a SD card slot, and a 2400 mAh juicer. Elsewhere there is a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel wide angle lens at the front, sure to get the approval of the selfie crowd. Running the show is Android 5.0 Lollipop.

A pretty solid package all in all. ZTE says that the Blade S6 will be available in China via AliExpress from February 10th before finding its way to other regions (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Hong Kong) by February 27th for an off contract price of $250.
