HTC is expected to launch the new HTC One M9 flagship at the Mobile World Conference (MWC) through the first week of March, but the company has another smartphone lined up too. There will also be a new addition to the mid-range/budget Desire series, namely the HTC Desire 626, a handset that should slot nicely into the mid-range bracket. The new smartphone has been revealed by @Upleaks and it has a 5-inch 720p display, a 1.7GHz MediaTek or 1.2GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 (depending on region) couple with 2GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel rear shooter, a 5 megapixel selfie quality front facer, 16GB of storage, and a 2000mAh juicer. The Desire 626 will come with Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with HTC's own Sense UI pasted on top, although a bump to Android 5.0 Lollipop is probably on the cards too.
