Motorola has been one of the quickest companies to react to the release of Android 5.0 Lollipop with the company already rolling out the software to a number of its smartphones. However, there are still some Motorola's from 2013 and 2014 rocking Android 4.4 KitKat and waiting for the bump to Lollipop, but luckily the company has those handsets covered.Motorola's software engineer Luciano Carvalho has said that all the company's smartphones from 2013 and 2014 will be getting a lick of Lollipop "really soon". That probably means that the rest of the company's portfolio will be getting the latest and greatest from Google within a few weeks. Carvalho said that Motorola has had some issues with Lollipop, stating that Google won't "validate it for all the possible combinations there are, and they won't fix anything that's not reproducible on a Nexus device, that's our job". Despite that the company seems to be making headway and we expect Lollipop on the range of Moto and DROID smartphones by the end of this month.
