Chinese company Oppo is going to release a new smartphone this Wednesday according to reports from inside China. The handset will be a mid-range addition to the company's portfolio and will be called the R1C, a new device in the R1 series that also includes the R1S.The new smartphone comes with a 5-inch screen with 720p resolution, a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 paired with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, a 13 megapixel rear shooter and a 5 megapixel selfie quality front facer. It also comes with LTE connectivity and Android 4.4 KitKat running the show. The handset is a higher spec'd version of the R1S, with that device getting a Snapdragon 400 CPU and just 1GB of RAM.
