OnePlus has been flirting with a Russian launch for its OnePlus One smartphone flagship for some time and it seems the company will be sending the device to the country soon. The company had a "Hello Russia" thread on its official forum back in August and the OnePlus One has now apparently been certified by Rostest Moscow, the regulatory body that tests products before they launch in Russia.Back to that thread, OnePlus was clearly eager to launch its handset in Russia, with co-founder Carl Pei saying at the time, "It's an enormous market, where we also know the rules are a bit different. Right now, Russia is really mysterious to us. With your help, we'd like to learn more."
