While HTC's One smartphones have been the flag big sellers for the company and have helped maintain profits over the last few quarters, the Desire range is exciting too. Propping up the One, the Desire range moves from budget to high mid-range and almost all examples are well spec'd and good looking (well, this is HTC). They are slowly starting to make a mark too, especially in China where the recently launched Desire 820 has been well received. It comes as little surprise then to learn that HTC will be launching a new Desire product as CES in Las Vegas next week. The Taiwanese brand has published a teaser on its official Wiebo page saying "Always Desire more" which for my money means a new Desire smartphone is imminent. What device it will be remains to be seen, but my source in HTC UK says two devices will actually be launched at CES, a low end Desire, and a mid-range effort. A Windows Phone Desire maybe?
