Microsoft has been treating us to some stellar deals during its 12 Days of Deals promotion, such as a $149 bundle for Office 365 Home, Skype Unlimited World + Wi-Fi, Xbox Music Pass, and Xbox Live Gold. Redmond is outdoing itself with the company?s latest offer though as Microsoft is making 100 albums completely free and available for download.Sure, we are a mobile site, but you listen to music on your phone so... tenuous link maybe, but this was too good a deal not to tell you about. There is a catch though (two actually), you will obviously (we think) have to be rocking a Windows device to pull this deal. So, the first thing that came to your mind (and mine too I should add) is, "are these albums any good?" Well, art is subjective and all that, but there is a surprisingly good mix of stuff on offer here, including Dr. Dre's 2001, Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP2, Rihanna's Unapologetic, Kanye West's Graduation, Lady Gaga's The Fame and U2's All That You Can?t Leave Behind and many more. You will have to download the new Music Deals app from Microsoft to get the albums and you can check it out at the source. Here's the bad news, the deal is only available in the United States, so all you Windows Phone users who have propped the platform while it lags in the US should feel pretty angry around about now. source: Microsoft
