AT&T has let the cat out of the bag and leaked the Nexus 6 before the device gets an official release later today. Ironic really considering AT&T has not carried a Nexus smartphone for some time and now that it is the new handset has leaked early. As you can see in the image above, the handset is quite fetching, arguably the best looking Nexus smartphone to date.Considering this is a flagship in every sense of the word, the AT&T prices are very enticing. The network is offering the Nexus 6 for $49.99 with a new two-year service agreement, although other price plans are not available. The device will be called the Motorola Nexus 6 and has not yet been detailed by other carriers, while Google has yet to launch the handset. We wrote about the device earlier today:
The 5.9-inch screen is on in the image and appears to be running Android L. Of course version 5.0 of Google's mobile platform will land today too and this image shows the simple lock screen design of the UI. The Nexus 6 will arrive with a 5.9-inch display with 2392 x 1440 resolution (that's likely 2560 x 1440 when taking into account the phone's navigation buttons), 2.65GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Adreno 420GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and run Android 5.0 (which is thought to be the build number of Android L, or Lollipop as it is set to be named).
