If you own the Nexus 5 then you probably have to put up with a bug in the camera that drains the power from the battery of the device. It has been something Google has been promising to fix and it seems the company is finally getting around to doing just that with the release of Android L later this month.Mountain View originally said it would fix the bug back in March, which was a long time ago. Since then no update has been available and Nexus 5 owners have had to make do with the power draining for their device. Google has now marked the update as "future release" in the AOSP issue tracker, meaning it will be issued when Android L hits the market. It is worth noting that this is a specific fix for the Nexus 5 smartphone and other Android devices with a similar camera/battery issue will not be fixed by this update. Android L is reportedly arriving on devices at the end of this month, with Google's new Nexus handsets due to land and its other also getting bumped to the latest and greatest software version. Do you have a Nexus 5 and are you getting the camera problem?
