Verizon and Motorola's new DROID device is set to land next months and as we said last week, there will only be one handset and it will once again be based off the new Moto X, Motorola's flagship device. Thanks to HelloMoto UK, we now have an idea what the name of the smartphone will be, with the tipster saying the new DROID will be called the DROID Turbo. While the Turbo will be a Moto X in terms of its frame, it will feature a unique body, with a durable casing made from Kevlar. The handset will feature a 5.2-inch screen and two front facing speakers, just like the new 2014 Moto X. The handset is expected land on US network Verizon, and is of course an exclusive to Big Red's line up. source: HelloMotoHK
