LG has today rolled out an LTE version of its G Pad 8.0, bringing superfast data connection to the small tablet. The company issued a press release stating that the new variation of the slate will begin shipping in Europe next week, before moving to Central and South America, Asia, and Russia in the following weeks.The addition of LTE on the G Pad 8.0 brings on the go connectivity at all times to the iPad Mini Retina rival, and LG was quick to tout some of the other features on the tablet. The G Pad 8.0 has proved to be a solid slate with an 8-inch IPS 1280 x 800 display, 1.2GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon processor with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a MicroSD card slot, 4200mAh battery and a 5megapixel rear camera.
