Residents of and visitors to New York City have a new method for charging their phones while traversing the city. AT&T has launched new charging solar charging stations positioned throughout Manhattan and in a few locations in the outer boroughs that allow consumers to recharge their phone when their batteries get low. The stations support both iPhone and micro USB ports and will work even at night. However, the stations are just a summer fling because they will be taken down in September. For now, visit these locations to recharge your device.
