A few choice tidbits about the upcoming Google smartwatch rumored to be built by LG have been exposed by evleaks. Considering his track record for rumors, it's pretty safe to assume that these details are real. According to evleaks, the unnamed Google smartwatch will have a 1.65-inch IPS LCD display with a 280x280 resolution. For comparison's sake, the Galaxy Gear has a 1.6-inch display but a higher 320x320 resolution. It also has 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, just like the Galaxy Gear.
Google will likely try to skirt those comparisons to the Gear, though the two products appear to be following very similar paths. The processor in the Google smartwatch has yet to be determined, but it won't require a ton of power because Google has built Android 4.4 KitKat to work better on entry-level devices. Google has also confirmed it will soon release an SDK better suited to putting Android on wearable products, so the new device is likely to have better performance than the Gear.source: evleaks
