Sprint is now updating the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to fix problems related to call quality. Galaxy Note 3 owners previously reported problems hearing distorted, muffled, and odd robotic effects when conducting phone calls. The update should address that problem and greatly improve call quality on the Note 3. The update also promises to provide enhancements for the Samsung Keyboard Handwriting Mode. Galaxy Note 3 owners can check for an update by going to Settings > General > System update > Update.source: Sprint
