Before the release of the Nokia Lumia 625, the largest Nokia screen was a 4.5-inch display with WXGA resolution. A new leaked image reveals what may be the Nokia Lumia 1520, a Windows Phone 8 handset with a 6-inch, 1080p HD display. WPCentral has posted an image of the device and stated that it is unsure of the accuracy but confident that the image is real. Posted next to a Lumia 1020 in the above image, the 1520 is clearly a rather large phone. It appears Nokia may finally venture into the smartphone-meets-tablet category, which has so far been under the exclusive purview of Android manufacturers.
According to the leak, the Lumia 1520 will follow the design language of previous Lumias but increase the scale of the phone. The 1520 will have a polycarbonate body with a raised, curved glass display. It will reportedly have a 20-megapixel PureView camera, a quad-core Snapdragon processor, and the GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8. Nokia will supposedly announce the device at a press event in late September.source: WP Central
