Google Keep has emerged as a dead-simple way to manage notes and tasks, but Google is taking baby steps to make its productivity app be a little more productive. The first step is to add the ability to get reminders with a new "Remind me" that sends alerts at a designated time or when the user visits a certain location. Once the time comes or the user visits the location, a reminder appears in the Notification drawer and users can dismiss the the alert or set a snooze to reappear later.
