RSS reading and article sharing application Flud will be shutting down in the very near future. Flud CEO Bobby Ghoshal announced minutes ago that the service will stop working next Wednesday, August 8. Flud is a Webby-nominated app for consuming and sharing news, but it never gained as big a following as Pulse or Flipboard. The mobile apps for Android and iOS have already been removed from the App Store and Google Play, and users have one week to export their stories, reading, lists, and RSS feeds before the data becomes unavailable. Users can visit flud.it to download their data and attempt to export it to other sources.source: Flud
