Google has released a new version of its Zagat iPhone app to offer restaurant and entertainment reviews for venues in select cities. Announcing previously that Google+ Local will shut down next month, Zagat is the new default app for iOS users looking to discover places to dine and drink. The app is similar to the Android version launched in October, which supports descriptions for a limited amount of cities in North America, Europe, and Asia. Zagat delivers expert reviews and integration with OpenTable to reserve a table at a desired restaurant.
