T-Mobile today announced a limited time offer to sell all smartphones on its network with no down payment. The nation's fourth-place carrier still requires that customers pay monthly installments to cover the cost of their devices, but consumers who wish to avoid the $99 down payments now have the option to increase their monthly costs rather than pay up-front cash. Depending on the device, not making a down payment leads to $5 to $27 per month on top of monthly service costs for talk, text, and data. The promotion begins July 27 and will run for a limited time.source: T-Mobile
