AT&T Mobility today greatly increased its 4G LTE coverage by launching service in more than 30 markets. Days after Verizon Wireless nearly completed its LTE by launching in its 500th market, AT&T added several dozen new areas to its list of 4G markets that already tops 200.

AT&T expanded service in several areas as well. In Minnesota, the carrier increased coverage in the Duluth-Superior area north along the I-35 corridor connecting the Twin Cities and Cloquet; east to Elmwood, Wisconsin; south to New Prague; and west to Winsted. In San Antonio, the I-37 corridor to Corpus Christi gained enhanced coverage.
