Facebook has taken cues from Instagram since it acquired the photo-sharing app in 2012, and Instagram has picked up a trick from its parent company with today's introduction of a "Photos of You" section. Instagram users can now see photos taken by friends who have tagged them in photos. Facebook has provided this feature for years, but a key difference here is that Instagram does not allow everyone to tag others - only the photo taker can apply tags. The Android and iOS versions of Instagram both offer access to tagged images in a new "Photos of You" section on an individual's profile page. A promotional video shows the app in action.Instagram
