Apple today released the iOS 6.1 software update for its iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. The new software adds LTE support for more global markets and addresses a few minor bug fixes. The most notable adjustments in iOS 6.1 are Siri's new ability to purchase movie tickets using Fandango in the U.S., and iTunes Match subscribers being able to download individual songs from iCloud. Apple iOS 6.1 is available for installation on iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad mini, iPod touch (fourth or fifth generation), and the iPad (second generation or later).
