AT&T has followed up on its recent run of 4G LTE launches by increasing the presence of its new network in several more areas. The nation's largest wireless company today announced that it has launched 4G LTE service in Tucson, Ariz.; Melbourne, Fla.; Springfield, Mass.; Oxford, Miss.; and Green Bay, Wis.
LTE service has also expanded in a handful of markets in which AT&T launched earlier this year. Coverage has extended to the following areas:
- Los Angeles: Parts of the San Fernando Valley and Inland Empire
- Phoenix: Parts of Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek
- Salt Lake City: Glendale, Granger, West Valley City, Taylorsville, Kearns and Bennion
- Middlesex County, New Jersey: Plainsboro, Cranbury, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Monmouth Junction, Milltown, New Brunswick, Highland Park, Sayreville, Metuchen, Carteret, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, South Amboy, and areas of Jamesburg, East Brunswick, Piscataway and Edison. Coverage of the 4G LTE network has also been extended along Routes 1, 287 and 27, the New Jersey Turnpike between exits 12 to 8, and the Garden State Parkway between exits 135 and 120 in these areas.source: AT&T
