A company accused of sending unsolicited advertising via text messages has agreed to pay a settlement to cell phone owners who received the promotional messages for Lucky Brand clothing. RGAR Holdings and Kisrhenbaum & Partners have agreed to pay $9.9 million to lawyers and consumers who received "Back to School" texts promoting Lucky Brand in 2008. Class members who received the text messages can apply to be paid up to $100, have their number removed from RGAR's database, or oppose the settlement at BackToSchoolTextSettlement.net.source: PRNewswire
