HTC and Verizon have just sent out invitations to a November 13 press event where the two companies will showcase their "latest collaboration." That collaboration is rumored to be the HTC DROID DNA, HTC's first Android smartphone with a 5-inch screen. AndroidCentral posted a leaked photo of what was then codenamed as the DLX in October, and subsequent renders of the phone have appeared online that suggest HTC will soon deliver a phone with a large screen to compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note II and LG Intuition. HTC released a large phone for the Japanese market, and the DROID DNA may be the U.S. version of the HTC Butterfly J.
